I want to express my considerable appreciation and gratitude for your generous donation of the relaxation and meditation program cd's, "Good Night, Good Day". We have been using your program for several months now with the veterans in our residential rehabilitation treatment programs, and the veterans have been unanimously enthusiastic in their praise for this program It has allowed many veterans with chronic problems of anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, biplar disorder, depression, and insomnia to gain better control of themselves and have better night sleeps.
We are planning on expanding the use of your programs into our outpatient stress management groups and pain management clinic, and have ordered your program on MP3 players to distribute to our outpatient veterans. The benefits of relaxation and meditation for people with psychological problems have been established for many years, but we have traditionally used a variety of interventions and programs based on the individual clinicians administering them. Your relaxation and meditation program has shown itself to be a very flexible one which has been a success with our veterans in a variety of settings and applications. Thanks again for taking the initiative in donating your program to our veterans. It has made a significant difference in their lives.
