To The Life Program,
I would like to express my deepest gratitude for the Good Bay/Good Night cd's and MP3 players that you donated to the Miami Veterans Hospital. The program has been a great success. We are currently utilizing the cd's and MP3 players in the Outpatient Substance Abuse Clinic (OSAC). The veterans report that as a result of using the program they have experienced significant reductions in their anxiety levels and improved sleep patterns.
Personally, I have also been consistently using the program. I have noticed a marked improvement in my reacting to stress. It has made a significant change in my life!!
